I’ve enjoyed great service at Toni and Guy for many years. Roberto is an excellent stylist. Always learning and perfecting his craft. And is a genuinely nice person. Kathy is always pleasant and bubbly. Plus gives the most awesome shampoos. Clearly her talents are above her pay rate. I was just lucky to have her spoil me. If you want to look your best, then place your trust in these peoples hands.

Every time I come here I’m always met with great service, attentive care and always leave the salon feeling beautiful. It might be a bit pricey for some, but it’s a small price to pay for feeling your best and with afterpay as an option there’s really no reason not to put your hair in the care of some of the best. Kathy always does an amazing job on my colour, and I love her honesty and knowledge in regards to what would suit each individual person while still catering to what they want. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair!

I have been a regular visitor to Toni&Guy Leichhardt for the past 4 years and always had Rob as my hair stylist. Everyone in salon is very welcoming. The level of hospitality is premium. They put a lot of thoughts into the details in the service. For example, You will get cup a complimentary of freshly brewed espresso or a cup of herbal tea together with some almond biscuit. Rob is a very professional and capable hair stylist. There’s tremendous benefits of having consistency when it comes to hair styling. So don’t think I will go anywhere else for the foreseeable future. One thing could improve is to digitalise the booking platform. Currently, you will need to make a phone call to book your service. That’s fine and someone always picks up the call. However it’d be more efficient if the salon has an online plate form to deal with bookings or taking deposits. Some other considerations including having a online platform for the sales of hair care products or styling equipments.

Ruby was amazing & I love my colour!! The team were professional with my colour, treatment, cut & blowdry. Loved the place, it’s location & the service provided. Ruby made me feel comfortable, knew what I needed for my hair & delivered great results. I’ve found a new salon & will definitely be visiting again for all my hair needs!! Kerry was phenomenal! I came to the salon with a very choppy, home done 'haircut' that I did myself with some friends. The next morning I booked an appointment as a first time client and Kerry did such an amazing job. She completely revived my hair. I am so happy with results and the customer service. It is on the pricer side, but that is to be expected for such great quality and service. It was 100% worth it!
